Section 32, Bombay Money-Lenders Act, 1946 [S2E-0BY]

32. Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government, the Registrar or any officer of the State Government or of the Registrar for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
