11. Procedure for the operation of a vessel.—(1) Every owner of a vessel shall, before undertaking the operation of a vessel, intimate the Director-General in writing, specifying the vessel concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Director-General may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
