10. Procedure for the conduct of a competition.—(1) Every organiser shall, before undertaking the conduct of a competition, intimate the Agency in writing, specifying the athlete concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Agency may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
