10. Procedure for the business of a shipping agent.—(1) Every shipping agent shall, before undertaking the business of a shipping agent, intimate the Director-General in writing, specifying the cargo concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Director-General may, within seven days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
