As at 7 September 2026. In force from 1 June 2026.
3. Application for registration.—(1) An application for registration under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act shall be made to the National Sports Board in Form A, in duplicate, and shall be accompanied by the documents specified in that Form. (2) The National Sports Board shall, within fifteen days of the receipt of an application which is complete in all respects, issue a certificate of registration in Form B.
