11. Procedure for the governance of a sport.—(1) Every national sports federation shall, before undertaking the governance of a sport, intimate the National Sports Board in writing, specifying the federation concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The National Sports Board may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
