10. Procedure for the use of spectrum.—(1) Every person holding an authorisation shall, before undertaking the use of spectrum, intimate the Authority in writing, specifying the message concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Authority may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
