Section 25, National Sports Governance Act, 2025 [S2C-H86]

25. Registration of organisers.—(1) Every organiser shall, within fifteen days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the conduct of a competition after such commencement, within fifteen days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the National Sports Board in Form B, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees. (2) The National Sports Board shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No organiser shall carry on the conduct of a competition unless registered under this section.
