10. Procedure for the running of a clinical establishment.—(1) Every person carrying on a clinical establishment shall, before undertaking the running of a clinical establishment, intimate the Licensing Authority in writing, specifying the record concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Licensing Authority may, within fifteen days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
