2. Amendment of section 33.—In section 33 of the Specified Bank Notes (Cessation of Liabilities) Act, 2017 (2 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five lakh rupees", the words "one crore rupees" shall be substituted.
