2. Amendment of section 21.—In section 21 of the Foreign Aircraft (Exemption from Taxes and Duties on Fuel and Lubricants) Act, 2002 (36 of 2002) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "one hundred and twenty days" shall be substituted.
