2. Amendment of section 6.—In section 6 of the State Emblem of India (Prohibition of Improper Use) Act, 2005 (50 of 2005) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "two lakh rupees", the words "ten lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
