2. Amendment of section 35.—In section 35 of the Richardson and Cruddas Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1972 (78 of 1972) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
