2. Amendment of section 59.—In section 59 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998 (17 of 1998) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-five lakh rupees", the words "twenty-five lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
