12. Procedure for the business of a co-operative society.—(1) Every co-operative society shall, before undertaking the business of a co-operative society, intimate the Registrar in writing, specifying the seed concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
