2. Amendment of section 64.—In section 64 of the Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha Act, 1964 (14 of 1964) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "one thousand rupees", the words "one lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
