2. Amendment of section 17.—In section 17 of the Manipur (Sales of Motor Spirit and Lubricants) Taxation Act, 1962 (55 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "seven days" shall be substituted.
