2. Amendment of section 63.—In section 63 of the Inchek Tyres Limited and National Rubber Manufacturers Limited (Nationalisation) Act, 1984 (17 of 1984) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "one lakh rupees", the words "twenty-five thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
