1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act (Amendment) Act, 2020. (2) It shall come into force at once.
