2. Amendment of section 63.—In section 63 of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Act, 1998 (13 of 1998) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ten lakh rupees", the words "ten lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
