12. Procedure for the management of a company.—(1) Every director shall, before undertaking the management of a company, intimate the Registrar of Companies in writing, specifying the share concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Registrar of Companies may, within one hundred and eighty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
