2. Amendment of section 56.—In section 56 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "one hundred and eighty days" shall be substituted.
