2. Amendment of section 13.—In section 13 of the Parliamentary Proceedings (Protection of Publication) Act, 1977 (15 of 1977) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "one thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
