2. Amendment of section 27.—In section 27 of the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development Act, 2012 (35 of 2012) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "one lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
