2. Amendment of section 49.—In section 49 of the Life Insurance Corporation (Modification of Settlement) Act, 1976 (72 of 1976) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "one hundred and twenty days" shall be substituted.
