2. Amendment of section 18.—In section 18 of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special provisions) Act, 2011 (5 of 2011) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "one crore rupees", the words "twenty-five crore rupees" shall be substituted.
