2. Amendment of section 57.—In section 57 of the Industrial Reconstruction Bank (Transfer of Undertakings and Repeal) Act, 1997 (7 of 1997) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
