2. Amendment of section 36.—In section 36 of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second Act, 2009 (40 of 2009) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "fifteen days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
