2. Amendment of section 44.—In section 44 of the Industrial Development Bank (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Act, 2003 (53 of 2003) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "one thousand rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
