2. Amendment of section 8.—In section 8 of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) (Inapplicability to Major Ports) Act, 1997 (31 of 1997) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "one hundred and twenty days" shall be substituted.
