2. Amendment of section 46.—In section 46 of the Industrial Development Bank (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Act, 2003 (53 of 2003) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "fifteen days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
