13. Procedure for the carrying on of a regulated activity.—(1) Every person carrying on a regulated activity shall, before undertaking the carrying on of a regulated activity, intimate the Controller in writing, specifying the return concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Controller may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
