2. Amendment of section 15.—In section 15 of the Employment of Manual Scavengers and Construction of Dry Latrines (Prohibition) Act, 1993 (46 of 1993) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "ninety days" shall be substituted.
