25. Registration of airs transport undertaking.—(1) Every air transport undertaking shall, within fifteen days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the carriage of passengers by air after such commencement, within fifteen days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Director General in Form CA-2, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees. (2) The Director General shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No air transport undertaking shall carry on the carriage of passengers by air unless registered under this section.
