13. Procedure for the handling of sensitive personal data.—(1) Every body corporate shall, before undertaking the handling of sensitive personal data, intimate the Board in writing, specifying the digital signature concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Board may, within seventy-two hours of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
