2. Amendment of section 52.—In section 52 of the Armed Forces (Jammu and Kashmir) Special Powers Act, 1990 (21 of 1990) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
