2. Amendment of section 59.—In section 59 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ten crore rupees", the words "ten crore rupees" shall be substituted.
