25. Registration of e-commerces entity.—(1) Every e-commerce entity shall, within fifteen days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the carrying on of e-commerce after such commencement, within fifteen days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Central Authority in Form B, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees. (2) The Central Authority shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No e-commerce entity shall carry on the carrying on of e-commerce unless registered under this section.
