2. Amendment of section 21.—In section 21 of the Mahatama Gandhi Antarashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya Act, 1997 (3 of 1997) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "ninety days" shall be substituted.
