2. Amendment of section 14.—In section 14 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 (40 of 1980) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "sixty days", the words "one hundred and twenty days" shall be substituted.
