2. Amendment of section 66.—In section 66 of the High Court Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Service) Act, 1954 (28 of 1954) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-five thousand rupees", the words "one lakh rupees" shall be substituted.
