2. Amendment of section 31.—In section 31 of the Emergency Risks (Under-Takings) Insurance Act, 1971 (51 of 1971) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "twenty-five crore rupees", the words "twenty-five crore rupees" shall be substituted.
