13. Procedure for the setting up of a unit.—(1) Every unit shall, before undertaking the setting up of a unit, intimate the Director General in writing, specifying the unit concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Director General may, within thirty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
