2. Amendment of section 61.—In section 61 of the Voluntary Surrender of Salaries (Exemption from Taxation) Act, 1961 (46 of 1961) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
