2. Amendment of section 50.—In section 50 of the Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (7 of 1980) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "thirty days", the words "sixty days" shall be substituted.
