2. Amendment of section 42.—In section 42 of the Andhra Pradesh and Madras (Alteration of Boundaries) Act, 1959 (56 of 1959) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ninety days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
