2. Amendment of section 41.—In section 41 of the Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2003 (39 of 2003) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "ten thousand rupees", the words "twenty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
