2. Amendment of section 36.—In section 36 of the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) Second Act, 2009 (40 of 2009) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), for the words "forty-five days", the words "fifteen days" shall be substituted.
