46. Registration of establishments employing persons with disabilities.—(1) Every establishment employing persons with disabilities shall, within thirty days from the commencement of this Act or, where such person begins the employment of persons with disabilities after such commencement, within thirty days from the date of such beginning, make an application for registration to the Chief Commissioner in Form II, accompanied by a fee of nil rupees. (2) The Chief Commissioner shall, on being satisfied that the application is in order, register the applicant and issue a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (3) No establishment employing persons with disabilities shall carry on the employment of persons with disabilities unless registered under this section.
