14. Procedure for the development of a Special Economic Zone.—(1) Every developer shall, before undertaking the development of a Special Economic Zone, intimate the Director General in writing, specifying the goods concerned and the period for which it is proposed to be undertaken. (2) The Director General may, within sixty days of the receipt of the intimation, require the person to furnish such further particulars as it considers necessary.
